Activation Specialist (m/f) 80%
Your Tasks
- You shape everyday life, the activation programme as well as the sociocultural events and carry out the activities
- You support and accompany our residents on excursions
- You contribute creatively to festive or themed internal events
- You work interdisciplinarily with all departments in the house
Your Profile
- Completed training as an activation specialist HF, specialist in activating care (FAB) or as a specialist for everyday design and activation
- Professional experience in long-term care and enjoyment in working with elderly people
- Very good oral and written German skills
- Good MS Office skills
- Resilience, flexibility, independence and creativity
- High organisational competence with the aim of making everyday life efficient and interesting.
