**In a nutshell**
You work in a structured and efficient manner and actively assist in conducting tax criminal proceedings throughout Switzerland and implementing VAT law.
The Federal Tax Administration (ESTV) is the federal competence center for tax issues. Thanks to VAT, direct federal tax, withholding tax, and stamp duties, it is responsible for the majority of federal revenue. Its services include the proper application and enforcement of tax law, the further development of the tax system, and participation in international tax matters.
