Sansec AG specialises in water damage and moisture problems in buildings. We are a successful company that has been dealing with moisture problems and water damage drying in houses for years.

As a supplement in Zurich-Altstetten, we are looking for an agreed Service Technician/In Dehumidification Technology

Your Tasks

You are responsible for the installation of the necessary drying equipment at our customers. You carry out control measurements and perform dismantling work and equipment maintenance.

Your Profile

• Completed vocational training in construction or similar
• Outgoing personality with pleasant manners
• Precise, independent working style
• Age 20 to 30 years
• Car driving licence

Your Tasks

As the responsible site manager / project manager / dehumidification technician, you are responsible for the assessment and complete handling of the necessary drying work after water damage in inhabited houses and apartments. The diverse spectrum ranges from leak detection, oral and written advice on general moisture problems, preparing offers, work preparation for our technicians who set up and monitor the drying work, to coordinating the work with external companies and the finishing work. Half of your working time you are on the road with our customers in the canton of Zurich, the rest in the office in Zurich-Altstetten.

Your Profile

• You have completed training in the construction sector as well as further education
• You are familiar with construction details and can trace the origin of moisture problems
• High social competence in dealing with clients, contractors, administrations, tenants
• Outgoing personality with friendly, pleasant manners
• You enjoy writing reports in fluent German
• Independent working style and entrepreneurial thinking
• Team player, resilient, flexible and good organiser
• Good user knowledge of Word and Excel
• Healthy physical condition
• Car driving licence
• You enjoy being on the road by car, especially in the city and throughout the canton of Zurich
• Age 30 to 45 years
