What awaits you

• You independently handle exciting cases from vehicle contract, traffic, and criminal law
• You support our insured persons in disputes concerning vehicles (e.g. defects in used car purchases, warranty issues, leasing problems)
• You represent them in traffic and criminal proceedings
• You conduct negotiations with opposing parties, authorities, lawyers, and insured persons
• You accompany external legal mandates and assess the prospects of success

What you bring with you

• You have a university degree in law, ideally complemented by a lawyer's licence or comparable further training
• You have an affinity for the automotive and mobility world
• Ideally, you already have professional experience in the relevant legal fields
• You convince through negotiation skills, customer orientation, and a pronounced assertiveness
• You have fluent German skills; good English and Italian skills are an advantage
