- You set up your versatile plants in the area of reception and mixing and monitor the production processes according to the specifications.
- You are reliable in operation and compliance with hygiene and safety regulations and manage to minimise and resolve product losses or line stoppages.
- Before enjoying your well-deserved evening off, you ensure a clean, accurate and well-documented shift handover.
- Your innovative thinking enables you to make suggestions for improvement to advance process optimisation.
What you bring with you
- You have completed training in the food sector (dairy or food technologist, cook, butcher, etc.) and may already have some experience as a plant operator.
- Your flexibility is shown, among other things, in your willingness to work in a 4-shift system.
- You are proficient in German, both spoken and written, and have a technical flair.
- You learn quickly and will soon master the operation of the operating systems (MES/SAP).
- Your physical and mental fitness motivates and enables you to perform at your best, you are resilient and remain calm even in stressful situations.
