Your role

You ensure the training and support of future drivers and actively contribute to maintaining a high level of safety and quality in driving within our operation. You pass on your knowledge, support new employees during their integration and participate in the continuous development of training processes.

Your tasks

• Train and support aspiring drivers during their training course.

• Lead the development project of the internal driving school.

• Provide practical training for obtaining the category D licence.

• Provide theoretical and practical training for obtaining the trolleybus driving licence.

• Conduct driving tests and candidate evaluations.

• Organise additional training following accidents, incidents or feedback.

• Ensure the continuous training of drivers.

• Participate in the improvement and development of training processes.

• Develop and update teaching materials in collaboration with the technical department.

• Advise employees on traffic and operational matters.

• Occasionally provide driving services.

• Write and update training documentation in French and German.

• Develop and maintain relationships with training organisations and partner companies.

Your profile

• You hold a driving instructor diploma - category D, or are in the process of obtaining it.

• Professional experience in training bus drivers and ideally in adult education.

• Reliable, committed, flexible, responsible person with good pedagogical skills.

• Natural leadership and excellent communication skills.

• Patience and ability to support adults in training.

• Team spirit.

• Organised and autonomous.

• Good knowledge of French and German.
