Your Tasks and Perspectives

• Professional, personnel, organisational and financial management of anaesthesiology at the Grabs location
• Active participation in the cross-location development of anaesthesiology at HOCH Health Eastern Switzerland
• Promotion of interprofessional and partnership-based collaboration with all involved specialist departments
• Further development of processes, structures and interfaces along the perioperative service process
• Ensuring high-quality, efficient and patient-oriented care
• Responsibility for the training and education of assistant physicians at an SIWF training centre of category A2 in close cooperation with the St. Gallen centre.
• Commitment to quality development, teaching as well as scientific and professional society activities

What You Bring to This Position

• Specialist title in anaesthesiology FMH or an equivalent, recognised qualification as well as several years of clinical experience in anaesthesiology at a central or university hospital
• Leadership personality with high professional and social competence, management experience and pronounced business understanding
• Willingness and motivation to take on and actively shape comprehensive medical, personnel and financial leadership responsibility
• Strong quality awareness and enjoyment in further developing structures, processes and key figures
• Ability to win employees for common goals and actively further develop interprofessional collaboration within and outside the clinic
