Our client is an established service company focused on Eastern Switzerland and specialised in the service, maintenance and commissioning of professional coffee systems. Restaurants, hotels, cafés and other catering businesses rely daily on high service quality, modern technology and rapid on-site support.
To strengthen the service team, we are looking for a technically skilled person who enjoys travelling, takes responsibility and enjoys direct customer contact.
Field Service Technician 100% (m/f/d) | Eastern Switzerland Region
You ensure that professional coffee systems function reliably at the customers’ premises. As a service technician, you are on the road daily in Eastern Switzerland, supporting restaurants, hotels, cafés, bakeries and other commercial customers directly on site.
You can expect a varied role with the latest technology, direct customer contact and a great deal of personal responsibility.
• Installation and commissioning of professional coffee systems
• Carrying out maintenance, service and upkeep work
• Analysis and rectification of technical faults on site
• Repairs and restoration work
• Quality checks and optimal adjustment of the devices
• Technical advice and support for customers
• Documentation of completed work using digital systems

We expect:
You have completed a basic technical education, for example as:
• Automotive mechatronics technician EFZ
• Automation technician EFZ
• Automation assembler EFZ
• Electrical installer EFZ
• Electronics technician EFZ
• Electromechanic EFZ
• Mechatronics technician EFZ
• Telematics technician EFZ
or have a comparable technical qualification.
Additionally, you convince us by:
• Independent and reliable working style

• Good German language skills, spoken and written
• Good PC user skills
• Interest in modern technology
• Driving licence category B
• Residence in the Eastern Switzerland region
