Assessment Specialist, Focus on Adults (80% - 100%)

A job as varied as life itself.

As an assessment specialist, you do not deal with impersonal "disability insurance cases," but with real people and their individual stories and benefit claims. You are often on the move because you visit our clients at home. There, you talk with them, listen carefully, and form an unbiased judgment about their situation. If necessary, you contact medical or legal authorities and carry out additional assessments. You document your findings in well-founded reports and make decisions and rulings within the framework of legal conditions.

You can work well with people.

You have a commercial basic education with professional experience in the social, medical, or health sector, or a medical basic education with commercial further training. Professional experience in social insurance is an advantage. You are interested in people and approach them openly. In conversations, you are empathetic without being overwhelmed by difficult fates. You respond to unexpected situations with a clear head and good arguments. You enjoy writing clearly and confidently, and you appreciate being able to plan and organize your work independently.
