The family-run residential and care centre Tertianum Schloss Berg with 45 care beds offers people in the fourth stage of life a loving home. The castle is located in the middle of a large park with a chapel, walkways, and a pond. The train station is reachable within a 10-minute walk.

What you will learn with us

• Care, support, and accompaniment of care guests in everyday and demanding situations
• Assistance with personal hygiene, getting up, dressing and undressing, eating and drinking
• Medical-technical tasks such as measuring blood pressure, pulse and temperature, blood sampling, changing dressings and much more
• Everyday accompaniment of guests with games, crafts, singing, etc.
• Electronic care documentation
• Housekeeping, administrative and logistical tasks
• Compliance with and implementation of hygiene and safety regulations

What you bring with you

• Completed schooling (secondary school A or B) with good academic performance
• Great willingness to learn and sense of responsibility
• Empathy and patience as well as interest in dealing with our care guests
• Helpful, sociable and team-oriented, with a strong sense of diligence and conscientiousness
• A warm and humorous basic attitude
• Enjoyment of varied challenges and practical work
• Good German language skills, spoken and written

Your training starts with an exciting introduction day. In the second year of training, our apprentices participate in the Tertianum Summer Camp. We celebrate the completion of the training with a proper graduation ceremony. After the apprenticeship, numerous opportunities open up to work within our company in various establishments and language regions.
