Job Description

You support and relieve the entire department in the operational day-to-day business. Your daily tasks include operational order processing with the suppliers assigned to you, monitoring orders, and checking order confirmations. Furthermore, you check supplier invoices and clarify cross-departmental issues.

Qualifications

To successfully master this task, a technical basic education is required. Experience in the electrical industry is an advantage. You have good German skills, are used to precise and efficient work, and work both independently and in a team. Good MS Office skills as well as analytical thinking are essential for this role. In addition, you are an independent, reliable person with high social skills who acts flexibly, solution-oriented, and economically. If you already have experience in purchasing and are familiar with the ERP system AS400, that would be an advantage.
