About the job
"We are not old! We have just been young a little longer than others."
That is why we are looking for ourselves and our partly heavily care-dependent fellow residents in Widmerheim a
competent and humorous nursing and care supervisor 50% - 70% (or by arrangement)
who lovingly and professionally cares for us on the four floors and in assisted living as the house manager.
So that we feel safe with you, you should have a diploma as a Health Specialist and a few years of experience with the over-70 generation. Here, we know the carers personally and are pleased to see the same faces every night, as it makes us feel at home.
Care home, oh how dull! We already hear your protests, but we can assure you that you will certainly not be bored with us. In addition to basic care for us long-term and respite care residents, specialised treatment care is also offered in collaboration with our interprofessional treatment team. This challenges our nursing professionals and keeps the work interesting.
We live in Horgen in Widmerheim and the carers tell each other that working here is great, not only because of the beautiful lake view. Satisfied employees are important to the foundation because the work should also be enjoyable. Do you want a respectful working atmosphere where talents are nurtured? Then you are exactly right with us! You are allowed to sing while working – preferably with us – because that makes many things better. You get chocolate cake on your birthday and can participate in numerous internal and external training courses. Your car parks with us for free – with a view – and we even have our own bus stop!
Nice colleagues? Of course! But find out for yourself.
Now we have certainly whetted your appetite. Send us your application directly via the orange applicant button or send your PDF application to bewerbung@sawh.ch and convince not only us residents of your likeable personality.
For further information, please contact our nursing service manager Mrs Mirjam Niederer, 043 336 44 15.
Please only send direct applications; recruitment agencies will not be considered.
We look forward to hearing from you!
We live a first-name culture among employees. And that already during the recruitment process.
