About the job
Again this year, we welcomed 14 young talents who started their apprenticeship as electrical installers or assembly electricians with us.
During the three-day "Tour de Group," the apprentices were introduced to the working world of the Eglin Group through various workshops. The name was apt; over the three days, we toured the Aargau/Zurich region and visited each of our branches. In the evenings, there was a chance to cool off at the lido, a bowling tournament, and always a delicious dinner. To conclude, all parents, managing directors, and trainers were invited to a culinary evening in the forest hut, where the apprentices received their personalised pocket knives.
