On behalf of our clients, OK JOB Médical Neuchâtel is looking for Community Health and Care Assistants (ASSC) for short or long-term assignments in the canton of Neuchâtel.
Community Health and Care Assistant
- Holder of the Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as a Community Health and Care Assistant (ASSC).
- Adaptability and strong team spirit.
- Organisational skills and rigor in following care protocols.
- Empathy, discretion, and respect for professional confidentiality.
- Perform medical-technical care: capillary and venous sampling, medication administration, subcutaneous injections, and simple wound care.
- Participate in the daily support of patients and residents: hygiene and comfort care, assistance during meals, and mobility aid.
- Monitor vital signs and report any changes in clinical condition.
- Manage medical equipment stock and disinfect devices.
- Accurately enter information into the patient’s electronic record (DPI).
- Provide psychological support to patients and residents and help maintain a trusting relationship with families.
- Work closely with the entire multidisciplinary team.
