Head of Internal Sales Industrial 80 - 100% (m/f/d)
Your Tasks
- Professional and disciplinary leadership of the internal sales team in the Customer Care area (customer service) for our biomass plants
- Ensuring high service quality throughout the entire product lifecycle
- Responsibility for operational service operations including complaint management, deployment planning of service technicians, spare parts and maintenance coordination
- Further development of service packages and coordination of maintenance contracts according to customer needs and company goals
- Continuous improvement of processes, systems (e.g. ticketing, ERP/SVM, CRM)
- Creation of key figures such as response time, first-time resolution rate, etc.
- Close cooperation with sales, engineering, quality and logistics to optimize services and customer experience
- Support in budget planning, preparation of reporting
- Implementation of measures to increase efficiency and profitability in customer service
Your Profile
- Several years of professional experience in a leadership role in customer service or technical service, ideally in the energy, heating/HVAC or biomass plant sector
- Technical training with experience and commercial further education or studies (at least technical commercial clerk with a professional certificate or higher or comparable qualification)
- Knowledge of maintenance, occupational safety and environmental regulations is an advantage
- Confident handling of service and dispatch systems (ticketing, ERP/CRM) as well as pronounced KPI and process orientation
- High customer orientation, communication and conflict strength, structured working method, leadership strength and joy in team development
- Very good German skills in spoken and written, good English skills and other national languages are an advantage
- Broad and networked thinking, acting and coordinating across different areas and locations
