About the job
Are you a planning talent and have production in your blood? We are looking for someone who, as part of a succession plan, holds the reins but knows exactly how things work on the shop floor. With us, you become a strategist without losing your roots. That is why you start with six months of intensive training directly on the production floor. Only those who know how the machine ticks can plan it perfectly. You are the hero when planning runs as smoothly as our injection moulding machines and you digitalise the "paper chaos" with real practical knowledge. If this appeals to you, then we have the perfect position for you!
Unisto designs, produces and distributes attractive presentation items worldwide for well-known branded products and manufactures high-quality security seals. We are a long-term oriented, internationally operating family business based on Lake Constance, employing around 130 people in Horn and over 600 worldwide. As part of a succession plan, we are looking for a proactive personality as a AVOR Employee 100%.
Your Tasks
After six months of intensive induction in production to internalise the processes:
- Efficient coordination of our injection moulding machines taking into account deadlines, material availability and personnel capacities
- You ensure that work plans and parts lists in the ERP system are absolutely precise – because you know: a small mistake here means thousands of rejects.
- Introduction of the digital MES system
- Interface function between sales and production. You speak the language of production and can clearly tell sales what is feasible.
- Optimisation of resources so that the material is just in time at the machine without overburdening the warehouse for too long.
Your Profile
- A completed technical basic education (mechanics, plastics technology or toolmaking).
- Strong anticipation skills and early identification of bottlenecks for proactive process control
- Experience with modern ERP systems (Comarch an advantage) as well as a high IT affinity for the implementation of MES/BDE systems.
- A pronounced "digital mindset" and the desire to abolish the "paper chaos".
- Resilience in stressful situations, strong conflict management skills and a high degree of assertiveness
Our Offer
- Internationally successful family business with future prospects
- Varied and responsible area of work
- Contemporary employment conditions and above-average social benefits
- Hands-on mentality
Have we piqued your interest? Great, then don’t hesitate and send us your application documents.
We look forward to hearing from you!
