Account Manager B2B Region Solothurn and Oberaargau (m/f/d) 100%
Work location: You handle all tasks that are not customer appointments from the home office. For meetings with the team or management, you meet in office spaces in Bremgarten near Bern or at the headquarters in Dietikon.
Your mission:
As a field sales representative, you make an important contribution to the company's success. In this position, you have a lot of freedom of action, personal responsibility, and work in an exciting and dynamic environment with a lot of sales potential.
What you can achieve with us:
- Active sales of our comprehensive product and service range
- Care and expansion of your own customer portfolio including visit planning and reporting
- Targeted, independent acquisition of new customers
- Conducting negotiations with small to medium-sized business customers
- Ongoing analysis of the customer portfolio and independent derivation of corresponding sales measures
- Independent preparation, planning, execution, and follow-up of customer visits
- Coordinative interface to internal departments as well as sales specialists of various product categories
Your superpowers and achievements:
- Basic training in retail, commercial or technical field
- Professional experience in field sales of technical or industrial products is a great advantage
- Industry and market knowledge in the industrial sector (hygiene & cleaning, personal protective equipment, and workwear) is a big plus
- Enjoyment in building and expanding your own customer area, ideally with a large network
- Exceptional success and goal orientation and the courage to make a difference
- Affinity for various tools and MS Office, good Excel skills
- Resident in the region, willingness to travel, and valid driver's license
