In the centre of Carouge, the Café des Négociants is one of the oldest bistros in Old Carouge. Taken over in 2009 by Philippe Chevirer, it offers market cuisine in an authentic setting.

Experienced Chef de Partie M/F

Job description:

• Knowledge of culinary basics
• Be autonomous in your work and organisation
• Know and apply hygiene rules

Your profile:

• Chef apprenticeship certificate or deemed equivalent
• Minimum 1 to 3 years in a similar position
• Ability to act under pressure while remaining approachable
• Know how to keep a positive mindset in all situations
• Good knowledge of HACCP
