Our Client Channels department develops the digital touchpoints of Zürcher Kantonalbank, enabling millions of interactions daily. For our agile Scrum team, we are looking for a Business Engineer with proven experience in digital onboarding and client onboarding. You will work closely in Solution Delivery with Product Owners, Business Engineers, and software developers, translating elaborated concepts into actionable features – from refinement to stable operation.
Your tasks
- Refining professionally provided concepts into features and user stories including acceptance criteria
- Analysing business requirements and their feasibility
- Contributing to implementation as well as defining and conducting tests (e.g. acceptance, regression, end-to-end tests)
- Participating in agile ceremonies (Daily, Planning, Review, Retro) and actively contributing to the continuous improvement of delivery processes
- Co-responsible for the operation of applications, including analysing and resolving incidents and defects, as well as supporting sales and service units
- Close collaboration with product management, other Business Engineers, subject matter experts, IT architecture, and software developers
Your profile
- University or university of applied sciences degree in business administration, business informatics, banking & finance, or comparable qualification
- At least 5 years of experience as a Business Engineer or in a similar interface role between business and IT
- Proven expertise in digital onboarding and client onboarding
- Experience with business and process-related issues along the customer lifecycle (e.g. onboarding, KYC, review and mutation processes)
- Very good knowledge of agile working methods (Scrum; ideally SAFe experience) and enthusiasm for iterative, incremental delivery
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as a high affinity for digital processes and applications
- Very good German skills and a confident, convincing presence in an interdisciplinary environment
