Your role:
In this role, you take on a central technical function and ensure that our customers throughout Switzerland are well equipped. Together with technology, customer service, and administration, you ensure that projects are well planned, devices are reliably delivered, and support cases are efficiently resolved. We work straightforwardly, address problems openly, and find solutions together that really work.

Your tasks
As a system technician, you ensure that our IMAC/D services run smoothly throughout Switzerland. You are an important support both technically and organizationally. This is what you can expect in daily business:
- Provision and delivery of hardware (MFP, printers, scanners, laptops, etc.)
- 3rd-level hardware support in the area of Document Services
- Participation in product management and technical optimizations
- Customer clarifications and consulting within the scope of orders
- Implementation of customer-specific installation requirements (training, drivers, IT coordination)
- Order processing in our internal systems
- Participation in exciting rollout projects throughout Switzerland
- Internal and external coordination of rollouts
- Support of other teams when it counts
What you bring
- Completed vocational training or initial professional experience in a technical environment
- Basic IT knowledge and ideally printer/MFP expertise
- Technical flair and joy in practical solutions
- Reliable, well-groomed, and service-oriented personality
- Organizational talent, flexibility & independence
- Friendly, confident demeanor and good manners
- Driver's license category B & physical fitness
- Very good German skills, English and all other national languages are an advantage
- Openness to new things and desire to develop further
