For our client, a modern and professional institution in long-term care in the Seeland region, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a committed specialist as Co-Residential Group Leader 80–100% with the additional role of Vocational Trainer.

Your area of responsibility:

• Co-responsibility for quality-conscious care and nursing of the residents
• Support and professional guidance of employees in everyday and complex care situations
• Leadership, promotion and motivation of the team
• Active participation in shaping and further developing the residential group
• Taking on direct care and individual support of the residents
• Support and promotion of apprentices as well as co-responsibility for the quality of training

Your profile:

• Completed training as a qualified nurse HF or health professional EFZ
• Several years of leadership experience an advantage
• Training as a vocational trainer or willingness to complete this
• Committed, empathetic and responsible personality
• Enjoyment of teamwork and active participation in shaping change
• High quality and sense of responsibility
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
