Job Description
In this versatile role, you are responsible for the commissioning, adjustment as well as maintenance and service of complex humidification, dehumidification and water treatment systems.
You independently carry out service, maintenance and repair work on various systems.
In addition, you take care of the professional installation and are responsible for the parameterisation and commissioning of control and regulation systems.
As a competent contact person, you support and advise customers and partner companies on technical issues and present them with suitable service-specific products and services.
In doing so, you identify customer needs, advise on appropriate services and actively contribute to the sale of these services.
Furthermore, you support the field staff with technical concerns and participate in feasibility assessments.
For demanding tasks, you work closely with internal specialist departments and thus contribute to efficient and customer-oriented solution finding.
Desired ProfileYou have completed vocational training in the electrical, refrigeration or sanitary sector or have a comparable technical basic education.
Ideally, you bring at least three to four years of solid professional experience as a service technician or fitter, preferably in the maintenance and servicing of technical systems.
You have good knowledge of electronics, automation as well as control and regulation technology and quickly and independently familiarise yourself with complex technical contexts.
A strong customer orientation, solution-oriented thinking and a professional appearance characterise you as well as your organisational skills and your sales flair.
You recognise customer needs, act service-oriented and keep an overview even in demanding situations.
A high quality awareness as well as a careful and reliable way of working complete your profile.
