Team Leader Logistics

Full-time 100% Start by arrangement

What you will be responsible for with us

• You lead and accompany our 14-member, young logistics team in operational and professional areas and actively pitch in with the daily work
• You plan your team’s assignments, allocate the tasks, and keep the smooth flow of goods from goods receipt to goods issue under control
• You ensure the correct recording of goods receipts, customer orders, and internal warehouse transfers in the system
• You actively support the monitoring, control, and updating of stock levels as well as the organisation and execution of inventories
• You oversee the processes in storage and picking and check our products for cleanliness, condition, and proper labelling
• You bring fresh ideas and actively help to continuously optimise our logistics processes

What convinces us about you

• You are a motivated doer with completed training in logistics (e.g. Logistics Specialist EFZ) and ideally already have some leadership experience
• With your open and winning manner, you are a real role model for your team and enjoy a strongly operational role "on the front line"
• You keep a cool head even in hectic moments, are flexible with working hours, and physically fit
• It is an advantage if you have already gained experience in the food sector and have good German language skills, both spoken and written
