About the job
As an umbrella organisation, we, Blutspende SRK Schweiz AG with around 65 employees, together with the Regional Blood Donation Services (RBSD), make a significant contribution to supplying people with high-quality blood products. At the same time, we search for suitable donors of blood stem cells for patients with severe bleeding disorders both domestically and abroad.

To complement our 4-person, broadly skilled and committed IT team, we are looking for a personality as
IT Project Manager and IT Generalist 60% - 100% (m/f/d)
(Start immediately or by arrangement)
These are your tasks
- IT projects from idea to implementation
- Requirements engineering, business analysis and evaluation of tools on the market, project management from A to Z in collaboration with the specialist departments
- Further development and support of applications
- Management and support of internal applications, training and support of users, regular alignment with business requirements and corresponding further development. This includes, among others, reporting and low-code applications based on Linux
- Mediating between business and IT
- Creation, overview and control of IT documentation, communicative link between users, specialists and IT
What you bring with you
- Education in computer science, business informatics, technology or comparable (EFZ or tertiary level)
- About five years of professional experience in several of the above-mentioned areas including practical IT knowledge
- Experience in leading demanding IT projects and sound knowledge of corresponding methods
- Experience with Linux systems or low-coding is a plus
- High degree of independence, structured approach and a pronounced solution orientation
- Convincing appearance, appreciative manner, audience-appropriate language and negotiation skills
- Generalist flair with the ability to dive deep when needed
- Working language: German; English skills: B2 spoken and written
