• The CPNE is the reference actor in terms of professional training offers in the canton of Neuchâtel. We offer training and support at different levels of professional training (initial training, advanced training, and continuing education).

As an adult trainer, you design and deliver courses based on the objectives of the study plans of the Federal Certificate of Specialist in Team Leadership as well as the post-diploma ES of director of childhood institution, in the fields of conflict management and team leadership. In this capacity, you ensure the transmission of theoretical knowledge while encouraging the acquisition of practical and professional skills. You also contribute to the development and evolution of theoretical and methodological teachings as well as to the adaptation of training to the needs of professional environments.

This position can be complemented by a coordination function of the programs, carried out in close collaboration with management and the secretariat. This mission notably consists of ensuring pedagogical coherence and the organization of teaching in connection with the course instructors, monitoring the participants in the training, as well as supporting the management and strategic orientation of the higher and continuing education sector.

Holder of a federal certificate, ideally as a specialist in team leadership, you show a genuine interest in professional training.

You are trained in adult professional pedagogy (federal certificate of adult trainer for example) and have proven experience in teaching conflict management and team leadership.

Furthermore, you have recognized expertise within the framework of ASFC exams.

Equipped with excellent skills in the use of digital tools and media, you closely follow the evolution of this technology.

You live in Switzerland in accordance with the legal requirements for public office holders.
