What to expect with us

As a foreman / forewoman, you take responsibility for our modern high-tech recycling site in Volketswil (Hard). Together with your team, you ensure that our processes and workflows function efficiently, safely and smoothly. Your versatile daily work looks as follows:

Leadership and further development of the site together with your team
Technical and personnel management as well as deployment planning of around 25 employees
Planning, coordination and monitoring of the use of machines and equipment
Control of material declaration and ensuring quality standards
Analysis and evaluation of production results including derivation of appropriate measures
Monitoring of all operational processes as well as planning and implementation of optimisations
Organisation of recyclable material and waste transports or collections
Ensuring maintenance of machines, buildings and surroundings
Active participation in process optimisations and the development of new solutions
Responsibility for compliance with occupational safety, environmental and operational regulations

What we expect from you

Proven leadership experience in an industrial or technical environment
Ability to motivate, promote and lead employees in a goal-oriented manner
Assertiveness combined with organisational skills and high social competence
Structured, solution-oriented as well as entrepreneurial thinking and working style
Resilience and calmness even in demanding situations
Good communication skills and pronounced team spirit
Good user knowledge of MS Office
Experience in recycling, production, logistics or disposal is desirable but not essential
