For our Eye Centre in Dübendorf, we are looking for a
Practice Coordinator (80%)
Your area of responsibility:
- You are responsible for coordinating the front office at the Dübendorf location.
- You are the first point of contact for patients at reception and on the phone.
- You are responsible for appointment scheduling using an electronic calendar, patient management based on
- electronic medical records, email correspondence, creating prescriptions, certificates,
- and referrals.
- You conduct special examinations such as retinal imaging and visual field measurements.
Your profile:
- You have completed basic training (preferably in a medical profession), or as an optician.
- You have a strong interest in ophthalmology.
- You speak fluent German.
- You are a committed, service-oriented person with empathy for our patients.
- You have PC user skills.
- Your precise work, openness, resilience, flexibility and ability to work in a team complete your profile.
