Product Manager

For the further development of our Industrial Heating / Process Heat division, we are looking for a personality who appreciates an industrial environment, recognises technological trends, and is eager to actively shape a globally relevant product portfolio. You will help design products that play a central role in numerous industries worldwide. At the same time, you will operate at the interface between market, technology, and customer benefit, driving innovations that will shape our portfolio in the long term. In this position, you will take on responsibility, work interdisciplinarily and internationally, and actively contribute to the future of industrial heat technology.
- Identify market potentials and trends and translate them into product impulses
- Develop product roadmap and open up new applications/markets
- Manage global portfolio throughout the entire lifecycle (idea – development – launch)
- Define, prioritise requirements and coordinate technical/commercial issues
- Close collaboration with R&D, Sales, Business Development and Marketing
- Support international teams/customers with applications and introductions
- Conduct competitive analyses and derive relevant trends
- Create product messages and training materials
- Customer, partner and trade fair visits worldwide (approx. 10-20% travel)
- Degree in Engineering (HF/FH/ETH or similar)
- Several years of experience in product management or industrial environment
- Very good understanding of markets, applications and technology trends
- Strong communication skills, persuasive, confident appearance
- Very good German and English skills
- Enjoy interdisciplinary and international collaboration
