- Assistant to the Chief Real Estate Officer: Administrative management of the back office, planning, coordination, and monitoring of the CREO's appointments and tasks
- Administrative cross-functional role for the management team of RUAG Real Estate: Organization and execution of meetings, workshops, and events including minute-taking and follow-up of pending tasks
- Business support for the management team: Supporting the management team in daily business and ensuring efficient processes in the back office
- Active participation and leadership in the continuous improvement process of business support within RUAG Real Estate
- Central contact person for internal and external stakeholders
- Hub between CREO, management, employees, and external partners
- Collaboration in budget planning, controlling, and monitoring of cost centers
- Completed commercial apprenticeship
- Further training as an executive assistant is an advantage
- Proven professional experience and experience in the real estate market or real estate marketing
- Professional experience in business support for middle to upper management levels (executive management)
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form as well as good English and French skills
- High digital competence and good knowledge of Microsoft Office (full Office365 spectrum)
- High resilience and organizational talent
- Very good appearance; open and positive personality
