Our internship program is designed for driven, motivated and ambitious students or recent graduates. This is an opportunity to be part of a dynamic and close-knit team, driven by quality and excellence. As part of our team, you will learn by doing, grow and contribute to an aspiring Swiss infrastructure manager. If we find extraordinary potential and an exceptional performance, this may eventually also lead to a full-​time position.

• Support the evaluation of infrastructure secondary opportunities
• Assist the team in the production of assessments and other materials in connection with the full lifecycle of investments
• Assist in the development of the internal reports and controls related to ESG
• As needed, contribute to the broader fund management efforts and business development activities of the firm

• Currently enrolled or recent graduates in an accredited college/university pursuing, Business, Finance, Economics or other related degree or higher degree such as a Masters or PhD
• Some prior experience in infrastructure, private equity, investment management, other finance, and/or consulting would be a plus
• Strong analytical, interpersonal and written communication skills, with a high degree of numerical literacy and conceptual thinking
• Excellent use of MS Office
• Excellent work ethic with a desire to learn and succeed
• Fluency in English is a must; other languages are an advantage
• Authorized to work in Switzerland (work permit required for EU/EFTA citizens)

• Minimum three month duration (from Q4/Q5 2025 onwards)
