To ensure our production runs reliably every day, machines and systems must function perfectly. As an operations mechanic, you ensure that our production facilities run reliably, troubleshoot faults and carry out maintenance and repair work. With your technical understanding and manual skills, you ensure that our production runs smoothly.

Operations Mechanic 100% (m/f/d) – Oberburg BE Location

Your Challenges

• Independent execution of service, repair and maintenance work on all production facilities
• Maintenance and ongoing updating of maintenance plans, technical documentation and service records
• Participation in technical optimisations and improvement projects
• Collaboration with production, internal and external partners as well as organisation and provision of spare parts
• Willingness to be on call and active support in the induction of new colleagues

Your Qualifications

• Completed mechanical vocational training (with EFZ or equivalent), willingness to continue training
• Several years of experience in technical maintenance, ideally in a food processing company with high hygiene standards
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented working method
• Team spirit, clear, open communication and respectful interaction
• High sense of responsibility, resilience and flexibility, even in hectic situations
• Very good German language skills, spoken and written
