Housekeeping Specialist EFZ / EBA

Clean rooms, well-kept laundry and attentive service are central to the quality of life of our residents. As a housekeeping specialist, you contribute daily to ensuring they feel comfortable and at home with us.
The Etzel retirement centre is located in Feusisberg with a beautiful view of Lake Zurich. We offer a home to 70 elderly and care-dependent people and additionally have 28 retirement apartments.
To strengthen our housekeeping team, we are looking for a
Housekeeping Specialist EFZ (female or male)
or a
Housekeeping Practitioner EBA (female or male)
Your tasks
• You clean our care departments, retirement apartments, the cafeteria, the dining room and the public areas professionally and independently.
• You carefully prepare our operational laundry as well as the personal laundry of our residents.
• You carry out intermediate and deep cleaning and reliably adhere to our hygiene and quality standards.
• You support the service in the dining room and assist with internal events and special occasions.
• You work closely with the various areas of our house and contribute to smooth processes.
• You regularly take on agreed evening and weekend shifts.
Your profile
• Completed training as a Housekeeping Specialist EFZ or as a Housekeeping Practitioner EBA
• Enjoyment of a varied role with direct contact with elderly people
• Careful, reliable and independent working style
• Strong quality awareness and a good eye for cleanliness and order
• Respectful and warm interaction with our residents
• Team spirit, sense of responsibility and service orientation
• Willingness to work evening and weekend shifts
• Good oral and written German skills as well as understanding of Swiss German
Professional experience in healthcare or long-term care is an advantage but not a requirement.
