For our sales and consulting team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a
Sales Consultant 80-100% (m/f/d)
Location: Home office, on the road or in the office in Zurich
Idea Creation GmbH develops with e-guma the leading cloud software for the sale, management, and marketing of vouchers as well as event and admission tickets – including its own online shop. Over 1,500 customers from the hotel, gastronomy, and tourism sectors rely on us.
As a Sales Consultant, you acquire new customers for e-guma, advise them on an equal footing, and accompany them from the first contact to contract conclusion. Together with the team, you develop strategies for market development and organize appointments. You convince on-site or via video call with strong presentations and conduct negotiations until closing. In doing so, you analyze the requirements of the prospects, check feasibility with our project and development team, and develop the appropriate solution. With your sales skills and enthusiasm, you represent e-guma convincingly and maintain sustainable customer relationships.
Your tasks
- You present e-guma in the field on-site or via video call and advise prospects.
- With your sales skills, you convince potential customers and conduct negotiations until closing.
- You process incoming inquiries in the internal sales department, qualify leads, and independently organize appointments.
- You proactively search for new customer segments and acquire them.
- You capture customer requirements, clarify feasibility with development, and propose optimal solutions.
- You represent e-guma at trade fairs and industry events.
- You provide feedback from the market and help to further develop products and processes.
Your profile
- Native German speaker, very good French and English skills are an advantage.
- Proven sales talent, strong communication skills on the phone and in meetings.
- Independent, reliable, quick comprehension, and a high degree of personal responsibility.
- Very good PC user skills and tech affinity; you enjoy working with modern, cloud-based tools.
- Convincing writing style for clear and inspiring texts.
- Experience in the hotel, gastronomy, or tourism sectors is an advantage.
