Payroll Specialist 80 - 100% (m/f/d)
YOUR TASKS
- Process responsibility for payroll & compensation including assistance with the annual salary round, processing of bonus payments, key figure reporting, and year-end tasks
- Interface management payroll, controlling, financial accounting
- Responsible for time recording and the system (RTM)
- Responsible for handling social security and document management
- Participation in HR projects
YOUR PROFILE
- Sound knowledge in payroll processing and social security, understanding of financial accounting and key figure reporting
- Good knowledge of labour law, especially in the areas of time recording and absences
- Ability to convey complex content in a recipient-oriented manner
- Ideally knowledge of the programmes Sage (payroll) and RTM (time recording)
- Responsible team player with a structured, precise working style and confidence in dealing with various enquiries
