Holle Baby Food AG is an internationally active company with a long tradition in the field of organic baby food. To strengthen our team, we are looking for an experienced individual for the position of Regulatory Affairs Specialist in the area of food labelling.

Your tasks

• Ensuring compliance with German, European and Swiss regulations in the field of food labelling
• Review and maintenance of label information (ingredients, allergens, nutritional values, claims)
• Advising internal teams on product developments, reformulations and changes
• Monitoring legal developments and assessing their impact
• Collaboration with Quality, R&D and Marketing
• Maintenance of regulatory documentation and traceability
• Support during audits
• Participation in the assessment of regulatory risks and food fraud

Your profile

• Completed studies in food science, food technology, chemistry, biotechnology, pharmacy or comparable qualifications
• At least 1 year of experience in Regulatory Affairs (focus on labelling)
• Knowledge of food legislation
• Ideally experience in label review
• Good German skills (mandatory)
• Good English skills
• Spanish is an advantage
