YOUR TASKS:

• Responsibility for the creation and follow-up of quotations, orders, and post-calculations
• Active sales and systematic acquisition of new customers
• Responsible for customer care
• Monitoring and coordination of deadlines in close coordination with production management
• Preparation, adjustment, and creation of technical customer data in 2D and 3D, including drawing creation

YOUR PROFILE:

You are an independent, entrepreneurial-thinking, and team-oriented personality. With your work, you want to provide our customers with good service and always keep customer satisfaction in focus. You bring the following qualifications:

• Completed training as a technical sales clerk or equivalent professional experience, ideally in production planning with a focus on sheet metal processing
• Strong customer orientation as well as enjoyment of sales and long-term customer relationships
• Confident handling of technical drawings and documentation
• Experience in costing and CAD-based preparation of sheet metal assemblies
• Independent, solution-oriented working style with entrepreneurial thinking
• High willingness to learn and adapt
• Structured, precise, and reliable working method
• Innovative spirit and an eye for process optimisation
• Good IT user skills
• Very good German language skills, spoken and written
