Your challenge
- Assembly of complex fine mechanical, optomechanical and mechatronic modules
- Carrying out incoming, intermediate and final inspections according to test specifications
- Quality control of mechanical and optical components
- Assembly and integration of software as well as performing simple functional tests
- Independent processing of assembly orders based on work instructions, drawings and parts lists
- Documentation of test and assembly results
- Participation in shopfloor management
- Active involvement in the continuous improvement process (CIP)
- Implementation and adherence to the 5S methodology to ensure order, cleanliness and efficiency
Your profile
- Completed technical basic training, for example as a polymechanic, automation technician, production mechanic or comparable training
- Several years of professional experience in series assembly of modules and devices
- Experience with fine mechanical or optical components is an advantage
- Good knowledge of reading technical drawings and assembly instructions
- High quality awareness as well as precise and careful working method
- Independent, structured and reliable personality
- Team player and enjoyment of working in an interdisciplinary environment
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written
