The Negishi Urban Sushi Bar, an innovative food concept by the Wiesner Gastronomie AG family, was founded in 2006 and has since secured a firm place in the hearts of sushi lovers. With a variety of creative sushi creations – from classic to vegetarian variations – the restaurant delights a wide range of guests. The venue is located in the modern trendy district "The Circle" directly at Zurich Airport and offers over 100 seats indoors as well as an additional 50 seats outdoors.

Kitchen assistant (a) 40-60% Weekend and holiday cover

Your versatile tasks:

• Cleaning the kitchen and washing the dishes 🧽

• Supporting production tasks in the kitchen 🍳

• Adhering to all hygiene guidelines and quality standards ✅

• Maintaining order in storerooms and kitchen 🗄️

• Supporting the preparation of mise en place for lunch and dinner service 🍴

Your talents & experience:

• Experience as a dishwasher is an advantage👨‍🍳

• German language skills in speech 🗣️

• You work cleanly and precisely ✨

• Hands-on mentality is one of your strengths 🛠️

• Helpfulness and team spirit characterise you 🤝
