The Projects and Engineering division in Billing & Payments is responsible for the strategic development and implementation of digitalisation, automation, and modernisation of our services and solutions. Our focus is on creating sustainable added value for our customers and the bank. As a central unit, we accompany projects from conception to successful implementation and drive innovative initiatives throughout the entire Billing and Payments environment. This includes topics such as Instant Payment, SIC, SWIFT, TWINT, eBill, and other pioneering technologies. Your Tasks
- Creating requirement specifications or creating EPICs, stories, and features, UI prototypes
- Close collaboration with Product Owners, Release Train Engineers (RTEs), and interdisciplinary teams
- Contributing to the creation of EPIC concepts in close cooperation with product management
- Developing and evaluating solution approaches
- Preparing analyses and developing solutions as well as presenting them to specialist and management committees
Your Profile
- University degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable field, ideally with further training in project or portfolio management
- At least 3 years of experience in Business Engineering in an agile environment (e.g. SAFe) and ideally certification in Business Engineering (e.g. IREB)
- Convincing communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Analytical, strategic, and networked thinking
- Familiarity with cross-departmental collaboration and complex stakeholder management
- Very good German language skills
