Tasks
- Manage the asset accounting and oversee cash management independently.
- Ensure central tasks in the main ledger and collaborate actively.
- Support interim and annual financial statements preparation.
Skills
- Completed training as a financial accounting specialist or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, especially FI and PS modules.
- Excellent Excel skills; experience with macros and Power BI is a plus.

About the job
What you will do here
- Manage asset accounting independently and on time, and independently oversee BFH's cash management
- Take over central tasks in the general ledger and ensure active collaboration in the subsidiary ledgers
- Support with interim financial statements and year-end closing
- Perform account reconciliations and prepare the associated account documentation
- Manage the ticket system and competently and customer-orientedly operate the hotline
What you ideally bring with you
- Completed training as a financial and accounting clerk or as a financial and accounting specialist
- Good knowledge of SAP S/4HANA (especially in the FI and PS modules) as well as solid, several years of professional experience in a comparable role are required
- Very good Excel skills are necessary; experience with Excel macros, Microsoft Access, and Power BI or SAC is an advantage
- Committed personality with quick comprehension and high reliability
- Very good German language skills
