Job Coach, 80%
Workplace: Winterthur (70%) and Zurich Höngg (10%)
Do you enjoy accompanying participants and apprentices step by step in their professional integration process? Do you like coordinating interdisciplinarily with all involved parties, professionals, and companies? Do you take responsibility for the care and support of participants and apprentices? Do you document all relevant information precisely to report back to the referring agencies? Do you enjoy supporting the creation of application documents? Do you also develop individual application strategies to prepare applicants specifically for interviews? Do you like to jointly acquire suitable jobs or training places with participants and apprentices to promote sustainable integration? Do you actively contribute to projects and working groups? Then you are the person we are looking for!

What you bring
- Completed education and professional experience in social work, psychology, or pedagogy
- Further training in coaching or counseling (mandatory), ideally complemented by case management, career counseling, learning coaching, or social insurance knowledge
- Solid knowledge of the labor market in the Zurich/Winterthur region
- Experience in counseling/supporting people with mental/physical disabilities
- Solution-oriented working style as well as clear and appreciative communication
- Enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration and working in a dynamic team
