Tasks
- Manage supplier relationships, assortment design, and pricing negotiations.
- Monitor daily stock levels and sales, placing orders with suppliers.
- Handle customer and supplier complaints effectively while assisting in phone sales.
Skills
- Completed vocational training in retail, hospitality, or equivalent.
- Experience in the food industry or fresh produce trade.
- Fluent in German, with strong Office and SAP skills.

- Maintenance of suppliers, assortment design, and price and condition negotiations
- Daily control of stocks and sales as well as reorders with suppliers
- Physical inspection of product quality in cooperation with goods receipt as well as ensuring proof of origin and legal standards
- Processing customer complaints and supplier complaints
- Receiving orders and assisting in telephone sales
- You have completed a vocational training (retail, commercial training, cook or equivalent training)
- Experience in the food industry, hospitality, or fresh product trade
- Solid Office skills, SAP knowledge is an advantage
- Business fluent German skills in spoken and written form
- You enjoy dealing with customers and know how to respond to customer requests and complaints
- You are flexible regarding your work assignments, i.e. irregular working hours (early/late shifts, assignments on weekends and holidays) may be included
- An interesting, varied, and independent activity in a small, well-coordinated team
- You have at least five weeks of vacation and benefit from good social benefits
