Your Tasks
- You operate our patient reception and accompany the outpatient consultations.
- Planning of outpatient consultation and surgery appointments.
- You have frequent telephone contact with our patients, referrers, general practitioners, and insurance companies.
- Outpatient patient care as well as future coordination and assistance with outpatient procedures.
- You independently carry out postoperative wound checks in close collaboration with our doctors.
Your Profile
- Completed training as a Medical Practice Assistant EFZ
- Good IT user skills
- Confident in the German language
- Precise, efficient, and independent working style
