Customer Service Officer Private Pension (m/f/d)

What to expect

In this role, you will complement our 18-member team and be the first point of contact for our customers and our general agencies regarding private pension matters.

Your impact with us

Your main task is to answer questions professionally and competently by phone and email.

Thanks to your social skills and strong service awareness, you provide our customers with all necessary information about our private pension products.

In collaboration with various departments, you coordinate complex enquiries and ensure they are handled at a high standard.

Your profile

• Completed commercial basic training or equivalent qualification
• Experience in customer contact and customer-oriented mindset
• Knowledge of pensions is an advantage, but career changers are welcome
• Communicative, team-oriented and dynamic personality as well as independent working style
• Fluent German skills, French is a plus
