Electrician with Site Management and Leadership Skills

• Independent planning and management of electrical installation construction sites
• Leadership and motivation of the on-site team
• Monitoring compliance with quality standards, deadlines, and budgets
• Coordination and communication with clients, planners, and project managers
• Responsibility for material procurement and effective personnel deployment

• Completed vocational training as an electrician EFZ
• Further training as a site manager or several years of leadership experience in construction
• Strong leadership skills and assertiveness
• High organisational talent combined with entrepreneurial thinking
• Driving licence category B is mandatory
