Channel Partner Manager (m/f/d) 100%
What to expect from us:
- You specifically identify new opportunities, win large strategic sales partners for us, and accompany them throughout the entire lifecycle – from onboarding to offboarding.
- You always keep the big picture in mind and set clear strategic priorities while efficiently and smoothly managing established tools like our partner portal in the background.
- To successfully build long-term partnerships, you regularly travel throughout Switzerland (focus on the German-speaking part) and support our partners directly on site.
- For large cooperations, you take on the overall coordination and ensure that projects run smoothly both internally and externally, creating measurable added value for both sides.
- You manage existing cooperations, develop new partnership models together with the Head of Sales, and actively drive our growth through targeted measures such as webinars, newsletters, or marketing activities.
- At trade fairs, partner events, and industry meetings, you passionately represent bexio and convince the audience even during larger presentations and speeches.
- You independently and with high quality standards handle administrative tasks such as seamless reporting, documentation in the CRM, and the creation of individual presentations.
What we expect from you:
- A completed basic education, which you have supplemented with targeted further training in sales, marketing, or business administration.
- At least five years of solid experience in sales, partner management, business development, or indirect sales. You know from your own experience how to acquire, structure, and successfully manage larger sales cooperations.
- As a true sales talent, you demonstrate negotiation skills and communicate confidently and persuasively at all hierarchical levels. In addition, you clearly enjoy presenting bexio confidently in front of a larger audience.
- Your working style is very structured, goal-oriented, and characterized by high personal responsibility. At the same time, you are an absolute team player who places great value on cross-functional collaboration with other departments.
- You communicate fluently in German (native language), and professional exchange in English is also easy for you. If you also have good French skills, that is a strong plus.
