Head of Nursing and Care (80 – 100%) / Member of the Executive Board

Your area of responsibility

• You lead the Nursing & Care as well as Activation departments with professional competence, human strength and a clear focus
• You promote a nursing culture that centres on quality, appreciation and collaboration
• You support employees through changes, create security in everyday life and understand how to bring together different people and perspectives
• You develop structures, processes and concepts purposefully and ensure sustainable solutions
• You are responsible for occupancy, budget, RAI LCTF as well as the personnel and professional development of your area
• As a member of the executive board, you actively contribute to the further development of the entire organisation

Your profile

• A qualification as a registered nurse HF/FH or an equivalent recognised qualification
• Several years of leadership and management experience, ideally complemented by advanced training at MAS level or comparable
• Enjoyment in supporting people, fostering potential and driving developments together
• The ability to convey calm, orientation and confidence even in demanding situations
• A networked and entrepreneurial mindset as well as the willingness to take responsibility and make decisions
• Open, authentic and transparent communication
