- Leadership experience in a similar role is essential.
- Strong computer skills and a high sense of responsibility are required.

This is what we expect from you:
- Either training as a Medical Practice Assistant EFZ or the willingness to learn quickly
- Leadership experience in a similar position (L-MPA, MPK, branch management)
- A high level of responsibility, commitment and quick comprehension
- Good PC skills
Your tasks will be:
- Leading the MPA team including recruitment, induction, training and evaluation
- Ensuring optimal assistance for the paediatricians
- Ensuring smooth practice workflows and problem solving
- Ensuring administrative processes including performance control and billing
- Active participation in daily practice as receptionist and MPA
