Your Profile

Degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Sciences or related fields (Geography, Biology)
Several years of professional experience as a project manager in the field of environment/sustainability – ideally in the construction industry
Experience and knowledge in energy-efficient and circular construction, building technology as well as current energy legislation
Experience in the application of systems for sustainability standards and assessments such as SNBS, SGNI, LEED, BREEAM, Minergie-ECO, GRESB, GRI etc. Relevant
Independent, structured working style

Your Challenges

Support of projects in development and execution to meet requirements from sustainability/building certificates (especially Eco from Minergie and SIA Energy Efficiency Path).
Support in general contractor/subcontractor tenders in building construction for sustainability/building certificates
Content development of an internal tool to assess the sustainability of building projects already in early project phases, to reliably manage the quality of sustainability.
Support in the preparation of content for the internal sustainability report
Product development (concrete, coverings)
Circular economy
Project support, development and execution to meet the target values of the SIA Energy Efficiency Path
