The Zurich Homeowners Association is a medium-sized company based in the city of Zurich, established since 1886. Around 90 employees are committed daily to a comprehensive range of services in the areas of property management, sales, valuation, construction management, and legal advice.

We are looking for a dedicated and responsible individual to join us by agreement as

Head of Construction Management (m/f) 100%

You will be responsible for the strategic and operational management of the department

Your responsibilities will particularly include the following tasks

• Development, coordination, and supervision of conversion and renovation projects
• Preparation of condition analyses, object analyses, feasibility studies, legally compliant building applications, execution planning, supervision, cost control, and billing
• Acquisition
• Telephone and on-site construction consultations
• Speaker at specialist seminars of the Zurich Homeowners Association
• You represent the Zurich Homeowners Association in relevant committees

Your profile

• You have a degree in architecture (FH) with appropriate further training in construction management or site management
• You have several years of professional experience as a site manager or project manager
• High resilience, service orientation, negotiation skills
• Leadership experience
• Methodological and social competence
• Entrepreneurial thinking
